Aleah is a tranquil 3 bedroom self-catering holiday home focused on your comfort and relaxation. It offers a central living space that opens onto a partially covered patio set in a beautiful garden where bird life is abundant. Bedrooms are spacious and cupboard space plentiful. Fully equipped kitchen so many tasty meals can be made and enjoyed by all.

At night we recommend picking up a good book and soaking up the warm atmosphere by lighting a fire. On a clear day, retreat to a patio lounger and enjoy the soul restoring views of the great drakensberg all around you.

Cleaning

1 clean is included every 3rd or 4th day for bookings with a minimum 4 night stay (during weekdays only excluding Public Holidays). Additional cleaning is R350 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). Sundays and Public Holidays are double the rate. Additional cleans on a weekend will require guests to collect and drop off the cleaner at the estate gate as there is no staff transport available on weekends.

Damage Protection

This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must either pay a R5,000 refundable security deposit or a R400 non-refundable damage waiver to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking.

While the security deposit/damage waiver will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Property Rules

Check-in time - is no earlier than 3pm (unless prior arranged in writing).
Check-out time - is no later than 10am.

- The golf cart is for private use only and not available for guests.
- No smoking inside the property (this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly and the like).
- Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm.
- The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, meetings, functions, commercial use, or guests above the registered number.
- No pets allowed (by order of the estate).
- All damages are for the guests account.

Loadshedding:

To assist during loadshedding this property has rechargeable lights. Please note there is no generator or inverter at the property. We suggest checking the loadshedding schedule prior to your trip so you can plan around it. You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly.

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 and the risk of your booking being cancelled without a refund.
