This amazing bush villa in the magnificent Waterberg area consists of the main house that sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms all en-suite and an outside cottage with two rooms and a bathroom that sleeps 6. It also has an inverter, and an open plan living area flowing onto a patio and private pool (no net) with a boma/fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. It is surrounded by bushveld terrain, open plains and mountain views. The golf course meanders through a fertile valley of indigenous vegetation and artful landscaping.

In addition to great golfing and excellent practice facilities, the estate offers mountain bike trails, tennis courts, hiking, game viewing, bird watching, swimming, a spa, conference facilities and a comprehensive food and beverage offering in the clubhouse.

Damage Protection
This property requires a R5,000 security deposit, in the form of a hold on your credit card, processed 1 day prior to check-in, that will be automatically released within 7 days of check-out should there be no damages, fines or fees as per the Booking/Rental Ts and Cs. Please note that an additional non refundable service fee of R47 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. In the event of a claim, there will be a 15% service fee charged on the total claim amount.

Loashedding
 To assist during loadshedding this property has a gas stove and an Inverter (powers lights, TV and fridges). You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly.

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
