*The 4th bedroom is upstairs, above the garage, and is accessible through its own entrance with stairs. It must be noted that this room has a large apex shaped window with lovely views and no curtains - making it the ideal abode for one who doesn't plan to sleep in, but rather savour the day. The bedroom has a bathroom with shower and its own private patio with the best views of the mountain. WIFI does not extend to this room.

We provide guests who book for 4 days or more with 1 complimentary clean on a weekday (excluding Public Holidays). Additional cleaning can be arranged at R350 per day subject to availability (Sundays and Public Holidays are double the rate). Additional cleans on a weekend will require guests to collect and drop off the cleaner at the estate gate as there is no staff transport available on weekends.

Damage Protection
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must either pay a R5,000 refundable security deposit or a R400 non-refundable damage waiver to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking.

While the security deposit/damage waiver will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Property Rules
Check-in time - is no earlier than 2pm (unless prior arranged in writing).
Check-out time - is no later than 10am.
- No smoking inside the property (this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly and the like).
- Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm.
- The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, meetings, functions, commercial use, or guests above the registered number.
- No pets allowed (by order of the estate).
- All damages are for the guests account.

An inverter to power the TV, Wi-Fi and some lights nearby has been installed. Only to be used to charge devices like a laptop and phones. It cannot be used to plug in any heating appliances including a hairdryer, straightening iron, the kettle, etc. as this will blow the fuse. The inverter can hold charge between 5 and 8 hours.

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes

We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
