This exquisite executive villa offers a serene countryside environment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large sitting areas, a lounge with premium DStv, 2 large balconies, outdoor sunbathing and entertainment area, secure grounds, ample parking, 2 large garages, and secure open parking.

Cleaning: Every morning, the beds will be made and the dishes washed.
Every third day, linen will be changed and cleaning will be done. If you do not want to be disturbed, please inform us.
Depending on the state of the villa, cleaning frequency can be increased for your comfort and, on request, at an extra charge.

Loadshedding: This property uses solar power. Guests are therefore advised to use the power responsibly during loadshedding.

Damage Protection
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Late check-ins
In the event of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
