The property is equipped with 2 inverters. The inverter in the main lounge powers the TV, DStv and Wi-Fi. The inverter in the main bedroom powers the Wi-Fi. There are 3 emergency lights in the home and at least one rechargeable lamp in each room which must be left on for 3 hours to charge up fully. There is a gas stove in the main kitchen so guests can cook during loadshedding. 

Cleaning

Cleaning is included daily, Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.

Security Deposit

This property requires a R7,500 security deposit, in the form of a hold on your credit card, that will be automatically released within 7 days of check-out should there be no damages, fines or fees as per the Booking/Rental Ts and Cs. In the event of a claim, there will be a 15% service fee charged on the total claim amount.
