You will have access to a private veranda, private braai, and the kitchen includes a fully automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a 50" TV with an Openview decoder and DVD player. 

There is uncapped Wifi available and air conditioning. There is a private lock up garage available with additional parking available in the shared parking area on the property. There is even space to park your trailer if required.

There are numerous shops, restaurants, takeaways across the road, three shopping centers within walking distance plus a medical Centre next door. Golf courses, gyms, and a cinema in the vicinity. Also nearby is the Valley of 1000 Hills and Durban Shongweni Club. It has easy access to the N3 freeway so Durban's Beachfront as well as the Drakensberg mountains are within reach.

Loadshedding

The units have battery backup for the lights, fridge, WIFI and TV so you aren't left in the dark when loadshedding hits. Each unit also has an induction plate for cooking and making hot drinks. Guests are asked to reduce their electricity usage during loadshedding so to preserve and prolong the battery backup available. 

Pet-friendly

Pendennis is pet-friendly subject to approval. Guests need to take into consideration that there may be other pets on the property during their stay as the units share a front garden. Each unit has a fenced back garden area which is accessible once guests have checked-in. 

Getting around 

You will need your own or a hired vehicle to get around, however uber services are also available in the area.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Should you wish to have daily cleaning, please get in touch with us so we can give you more information. 

Damage Protection

This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must either pay a R2,500 refundable security deposit or a R200 non-refundable damage waiver to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking.

While the security deposit/damage waiver will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Property Rules

Check-in time - is no earlier than 2pm (unless prior arranged in writing).
Check-out time - is no later than 10am.

- No smoking inside the property (this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly and the like).
- Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm.
- The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, meetings, functions, commercial use, or guests above the registered number.
- No pets allowed on any of the furniture or beds. Charges will apply.
- All damages are for the guests account.
