DAMAGE PROTECTION
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking

LATE CHECK-INS
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
