Pet-Friendly Accommodation
Umoya welcomes up to 3 small to medium potty-trained dogs or cats. Please arrange this prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for your furry friends.

The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a large corner bath, toilet, and vanity, offering a luxurious retreat. Cleaning Services
Our housekeeper comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Should you require additional cleaning services, please do not hesitate to contact us. Extra cleaning is available at a cost of R275 per day and should be arranged at least 2 weeks before check-in.

Loadshedding: This property has got an inverter. Guests are therefore advised to use the power responsibly during loadshedding.

Damage Protection
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Late check-ins
In the event of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
