The massive TV with sound system in the lounge is ideal to catch all those big sporting moments or a cozy pajama movie night. You'll have direct access to Bell Park Dam, which provides a variety of entertainment options for the whole family. If you have a boat, bring it with you so you can spend your days water skiing, swimming, and taking a lazy sunset cruise to wind down a fulfilled day. Pet-friendly on request for pet-friendly dogs. Option to have the resident dogs be a part of your experience. They usually stay in their own separate area when guests are at the property but guests who wish to enjoy their company are welcome to have them around - just let us know. The onsite staff will feed them.

Solar backup power

In the event of any power outages, the property has solar backups which will deliver power to essentials such as fridges, freezers, WiFi and a few of the living areas plug points.

With the home's spectacular position in the mountains, the property is susceptible to lightning strikes and localized storms which may result in power outages. In this case, Eskom, the power supplier are committed to restoring the power interruption as quickly as possible.

South Africa is unfortunately also subject to occasional rolling blackouts (load shedding) which is scheduled and details will be relayed to guests as the information becomes available. 

Damage protection 

This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must either pay a R10,000 refundable security deposit or a R800 non-refundable damage waiver to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking.

While the security deposit/damage waiver will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.
