This solar powered self-catering farm home is set on a 20 hectares small-holding in the Champagne Valley area of the central Drakensberg. It's 25Km from Winterton and surrounded by some of the highest and most beautiful mountain scenery in South Africa.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom north facing family home, with wonderful views down the valley, has a fully equipped open plan kitchen and an open living room. 

It lends itself to wonderful days and evenings enjoying the undercover entertainment area with braai and long 10 seater table. The home is 2 km away from Champagne Sports golf course and 2 km from a supermarket and bottle store.

Cleaning Arrangements:
Cleaning is included Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays). Additional cleaning is R350 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). Sundays and Public Holidays are double the rate (R700 per day).

Damage Protection:
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must either pay a R5,000 refundable security deposit or a R400 non-refundable damage waiver to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking.

While the security deposit/damage waiver will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Loadshedding: This property is off the grid and uses solar power. Guests are therefore advised to use the power responsibly during their stay. 

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
