77 Zebula Golf Estate and Spa is a self-catering holiday house ideally located on the Zebula Golf Estate and Spa. Zebula offers a golf estate, a nature reserve, and a health spa, set on 1600-hectares of African bushveld in the shadows of the Waterberg Mountain Range.

This single level self-catering house can accommodate up to 8 guests, and contains 4 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and contains 2 three-quarter beds that can be converted to a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The house has an open-plan kitchen, dining room, living area, and a built-in bar. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for self-catering with all appliances, a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and pots and pans as well as an industrial ice machine. The lounge has comfy lounge chairs and a TV and with a selection of DStv channels. The dining room has a table with 8 seats and also has a fireplace for cozy nights by the fire. The built-in bar offers an industrial ice machine.

The living area flows out to a large undercover entertainment area with patio furniture, a built-in braai and a weber kettle braai. The patio overlooks the swimming pool with a safety net for summer days. There is an open air-fire pit with camping chairs for nights around a cracking fire under the stars.

4 carports are available for undercover parking.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking

LOADSHEDDING: To assist during loadshedding this property has 2 emergency lights and an inverter. You’re welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further. You’ll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly.

LATE CHECK-INS
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
